Lissajous figures in 3D, in the style of pop art.
Part of the Lissajous Dance series - simple 3D Lissajous figures that dance together. Here sin(t)/sin(2t)/sin(3t) dances with sin(2t)/sin(3t+Pi/4))/sin(4t). Each of the four quadrants shows the same figures, just viewed from a different angle.
I'm always looking for the simplest possible way to express why I find an abstract idea from maths or physics fascinating. So I tried to minimise the complexity, the number of lines and the number of colours. I guess this is more graphic design than art now!
