Anyone who loves elm veneer will enjoy the Jona decorative frame from the frame series of the same name. Elm veneer was applied in the most beautiful colors to an area of 14 mm in height and 30 mm in total width. The warm, almost dark red-looking brown is distributed in several shades on the wood and sometimes extends to deep black. This wonderful grain of the veneer also got a varnish, which presents the surface in a beautiful gloss. These design elements of colors and surface coating make additional accents in the form of ornaments and flourishes unnecessary at Jona. This decorative frame works with its simple, noble way. If you let this frame move into your gallery, you have numerous possibilities to frame beautiful motifs. On the one hand, it may be images in the same color combinations, but bright images also come into their own here very well. It is primarily the taste of each one that is decisive, but tips are welcome. Friends of Biedermeier and late romanticism or those who want to become one can choose Carl Spitzweg.
