Painting Frames "Alexandra" |
Louis XV Gold • Serie: Chateau • Width: 38mm • Height: 33mm |
From the Rococo, the painting frame Alexandra seems. The 38x33 mm frame from the Chateau series is presented as Louis XV in gold. As the King of France was called “the beloved” at the time of the Rococo period, Alexandra can also be sure that she is very popular with art lovers. Because its shape, color and individual design make it a painting frame that puts the icing on the cake of every gallery. The real wood frame consists of a single bar. A small plateau emerges briefly from the wall, merges into a minimal depression and rises a little as the upper bar. The impressive decorative elements begin right here. Vines that run along the edge of the frame are broken through by leaf blossoms and other times by round circles. The effect is a very airy design of the frame, which is repeated again on the inside of the picture frame. Here, however, twisted tendrils are used. The middle part comes without ornaments. However, the designers experimented with color here. The frame, which is in itself yellow and gold, was given black and burgundy brushstrokes that skilfully lay over the wood. |
