| Natascha is a painting frame from the Van Gogh series, which already suggests from the name that this model can definitely be combined with works by the famous Impressionist. Natascha is a gold frame with rather small dimensions, the width is 41 mm and the height is 33 mm. The different trimmings that the designers intended for the real wood molding are not quite as reserved as the dimensions. It starts with a very narrow border with small, round decorative elements that have been whitewashed in gold and dark brown. A small depression in pure, shiny gold forms the way to the next ornament bar. This moves up as the highest frame in order to present the beautiful pattern to the viewer. Floral structures in the form of rounded tendrils were placed on that dark brown surface. This is followed by another pure golden depression that curves back inwards and is underlined with subtle, horizontal brown lines. Another strip in this color scheme follows, which in turn is encased in two dark brown narrow strips. At the end there is a last ornament bar, very narrow and decorated with tendrils. Vincent van Gogh's works feel comfortable in this context. |
